Module 6 - Your 6 Week 6 Pack

It’s time to kick it up a notch! This 6 week series can be done on its own, OR if you really want to feel the burn (& trust me you will), you can do it in addition to your regular exercise routine. Instructions are below!

Burn Baby Burn!

Need it written out? No prob. For the first 7 days (starting today), play the week 1 video & follow along. The videos are only 3-4 minutes long. Do it as many times as you can & go at your own pace! If you can only do it twice, that’s ok, you just need to match OR BEAT this tomorrow & every day afterwards. DO NOT move onto week 2 until you have completed 7 days of week 1 (this program is built for MAD results, so you will do it every single day for 42 days/6 weeks with no breaks).

Example (beginner): On day one you did it twice. Woohoo! You need to do it at least twice the next day until you can move on to 3x. Let’s say on day 7 you move on to 3x. This means on day 8 when you start the week 2 video, you cannot go back to 2x and you must start at 3x OR MORE! Each time you graduate to a new level YOU CAN NEVER GO BACK!

Example (advanced): On day one you did it 5x, on day 2 you beat your time and did it 6x, & on day 3 you’re exhausted & you went back to 5x THIS IS CHEATING! You are going to be tired & sore, but this program is only 42 days! You must do it at least 6x to stay on track. Your abs will recover - don’t worry - and it will be SO worth it! Each time you increase the number of sets you must MATCH or BEAT it the next day :)
