Joyful Movement
You’re probably asking, “what in the world is joyful movement?” Well you are in for a treat! Maybe you’ve been doing our amazing, fat-burning HIIT workouts, maybe you have been taking your dogs for more walks, or maybe you have been joining Coach Carrie or Coach Kim for yoga classes! Whatever you’ve been doing, this is the week to expand your mind and expand your fitness routine.
Coach Lanea would like to share a bit about what she calls “joyful movement.” Not everyone loves traditional workouts, and that’s ok! There are so many ways to be healthy, active and fit! Below you will find an intro to joyful movement video and PDF as well as lots of ways to incorporate joyful movement into your own routine. This series is meant to challenge your way of thinking about exercise & will be broken into 12 sessions, which will be available for you to complete at your convenience.
