Cancellation & Rescheduling Timelines
At Kathryn Morrow LLC we are committed to providing high-quality professional care. Because your time is reserved exclusively for you, we have established the following policy for one on one therapy session cancellations and rescheduling:
24 hours notice required for cancellation requests or rescheduling requests. Full session fees apply to requests outside this timeframe. No credit or refund will apply.
In the event your session is cancelled due to shortage of staff or other internal reason, your session will be credited back to your account. No penalty will apply, and you can reschedule at your convenience.
Final Sale (No Refund) Policy
All counseling services, individual sessions, and service packages are final sale.
No refunds: Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions in a package or dissatisfaction with services.
Rescheduling: While payments are non-refundable, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost provided you give at least 24 hours notice.
No Show/Late Cancel: If you do not show up for your session or fail to cancel/reschedule with 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your session and no credit or refund will be issued.
Financing: By selecting Affirm, Klarna, or any other third party financing company at checkout, you agree to this Final Sale policy, and you remain responsible for all loan payments regardless of your attendance or completion of sessions.
